I've enjoyed my paperwork thus far. I'm not proper playing until I have bases for my infantry though! When I've sorted out a couple of games we'll automate and simply that post match on a spreadsheet! I promise to bring a bunch if we're actually at the same place at the same time.

As many as you can spare. I've got 2 infantry groups to base. 3 if I'm bold! Happy to pay and if not I'll get some from em4 at colours.

All hands of the DSR race to defend the power grid as the Principality of Vash join the fray, entering an uneasy alliance with the pirate Remnants of Avallar, who won't be wasting an opportunity to do a little pillaging along the way.

Been thinking how you would buy reinforcements mid-campaign.
The rules state that it takes d6-1 months for new equipment to arrive. In Tony's case, we've established that he's 2 jumps (1.5 months) away from his base of operations, so - when you order something (a new mech for example), you roll for the time it takes to arrive (say you roll a 5, -1 so 4 months). You have to send your dropship and jumpship off to go get it, completely stranding you for that period. It takes 1.5 months for your ships to arrive home, you have to wait another 2.5 months (the required 4 months all together) for the stuff to arrive, and then another 1.5 months for your ship to get back to the planet you're on - so 5.5 months in total (round out to 2 scenarios (as each action takes around 3 months)). At the end of your second scenario - your new units can join you.
of course this doesn't take into account salvage, and it would be safe to assume that most planets can make basic military hardware (basic tanks like your scorpions, for example)- in which case I'd say the d6-1 still applies (they can't make it out of thin air!) but you don't have the transit time of your ships going off to get it. When missions advance and we start fighting over more developed planets, you may find that they produce certain mechs - or selections of mechs- on that planet (planet X specialises in Catapult C3s and Vindicator AAs, for example)
This means that our play style for missions will change - you may be more risky with the hardware you can replace, even if you have something cheaper, but not as easily accessible, as you can keep it in fighting trim through out the campaign.

2nd part of the objective raid. In exchange for losing a Panther, Diablo Nova savaged a Wyvern and Vulkan, gutting them both, with the latter being dragged off as salvage. A much needed victory for the Novas, who destroyed the factory and stole several mech parts to help offset the losses of their last battle. The militia's much needed reinforcements were delayed by the commander's inability to keep his 95 ton Banshee on it's feet, and will no doubt lead to a disciplinary hearing on his performance (and perhaps his drinking habits!).

TIMELINE -
If no one has any objections, I'll be putting out timeline advancements in rough accordance to missions lengths (3 years of mission will mean 3 years advance in the galaxy, for example). To keep it as fair as poss, I'll prob use my own experiences as the metronome to keep things ticking along, with influence from other parties as we go.
In short, don't worry about the practical side of timekeeping, just keep your eyes peeled for advancements.
This won't make direct impact on the day-to-day stuff, but will hopefully give people some fluff to weave into their story arcs. More importantly, it will lead to new innovations, mechs and equipment.

SITREP Currently the Dead Sky Renegades, Remnants of Avallar, and Conglomerate of Vash are operating in the Outworld Alliance, Ramora Province. The DSR are based on the world of Lushann in the south east of the Alliance on a long term retainer/garrison contract. The RoA are operating from a hidden staging post on the fringes of Alliance Space (though sources state that it can be no more than 2 jumps from Lushann). They appear to be focused soley on loot and destroy tactics. The Con V are based in the Capellan March, but are rumoured to be using sites around the Fed Sun planet of Kennard , bordering the Alliance, in addition to their own warship. Their intentions are unclear (perhaps even to themselves...)

As the Conglomerate of Vash and Remnants of Avellar join forces, the veteran Tanks of the DSR create a firing line, while Cpl O,Rourke in his Assassin ASN-21 attempts to flank the raiders and draw them away.

The Assault mechs of the DSR can only look on as the elite piloting of the (possibly deranged) Spider SDR-5V takes it into a fistfight with an 80 ton Awesome AWS-8Q , a kamikaze attack on the rear of Baron von Geist's 100 ton Atlas AS7-D, and a lightning raid on the corporate headquarters before making good his escape (albeit minus an arm).
