Greetings all. I have recenty bought the motherload of Necromunda scenery. I have a few gangs, the newest rules for the game, and an itch to start a full on mofoing necro-campaign. I would be ecstatic start a a full-on hive war, and am happy to lend/proxy models to suit. Me and Raph are playing a game on the 23rd Feb. Send me a message or come see us play if you'd like to know more!
Holla! Stu

Happy to lend models as required too. Basic gangs for the original 6 with a shortage of Cawdor and probably a variation on 20+ in each of the others. Also have arbites.
Oh and I have a lot of inquisitor models too.(more cross over but I always felt that inquisitor was what they had intended necromunda to be)

Also, as Necromunda is out of print, have a look on the excellent www.em4miniatures.com in the Future Skirmish section. Plenty of excellent proxies for Goliath, Orlock, Skavvy, Ratskin and others. Reasonably priced too.

I played Inquisitor a fair bit when it first came out. It's an interesting system. The only thing that got on my nerves about it was that it was originally 54mm scale so all your usual 40k scenery etc was basically useless. It could be adapted to a 28mm or 32mm scale though.

Yeah the big models didn't do it for me (along with the big price!). Up for a session if anyone fancies. Would be good to learn the differences. As Will says, could make it adaptable to 28mm. Then, my friends, we could have a full on Necromunda-Inquisitor crossover. Huzzah!

There is a game called 1nq2840k I think but it was quite a closed group. You almost had to be invited to play. Like the secret epic community.

Well i own all the organal gangs and have Arbites as well 28mm Inquister figures Happy to play I'm afraid you are only allowed to play Battletech. Cool, didn't know we had so many closet Necromundans. I do think the newest Living Rule Book is worth looking up (dated August 2014 - be careful because there's lots of older editions which are very different and not as good). It really gives the gangs more individuality, and streamlines a lot of the rules, including weapons and skills. As an aside, whatever you play, if you have an iPad/phone, download an App called Scribd. You can download (free, and safe) thousands of books, including out of print rule books for nearly anything (Battletech and Necromunda amongst them. Novels too). If there's enough people interested, are people leaning towards a Necromunda campaign?

Well then, by god, gather them to this place and demand their cooperation in a Necromunda campaign.

Cool. Going to have a refresher game and see if we can get people on the same page re:updated rules/gangs etc. If it proves too problematic then prob just stick to the old rules.
Once that's done, I shall look into a campaign extravaganza

Blimey. Necromundans never die, they just go into hibernation! Seems safe to say that there's a fair few of us. In that case, dust off your gangs. I'm going to try booking a few more games to refresh myself with the rules, also, as I said, to see how the newest LRB works out (all muscle skills are much improved, for example).
Let me know if anyone is up for a few games to blow off the cobwebs. My new scenery is raring to go!

Let's see. I've got most of the original Escher models (not the greatest sculpts, to be honest) and then about 20 of Kev's Grymn from Hasselfree which make excellent proxies for that tech head house. I can't remember which one it was called. Not Orlock. Not the skinhead gang either. I would caution against starting a campaign while the Malifaux league's still in swing. Give it some time to settle in before starting up another big project that's likely to include a lot of folk.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Though of course there's nothing stopping people arranging their own games and keeping track of experience/injuries etc. it does't have to be formalised. Anyway, may well look to do something more established in a few months when the current campaign is under full swing and I've remembered how to actually play. Looking forward to shooting your space dwarfs! P.s. The tech gang is called Van Saar

Had a game of necromunda last night. Board is small sized for necromunda but ok. There weren't many walkways but still a good game my Goliaths v a friends Escher. Long running game... My team is lagging behind with a gang rating of about 3000

Frankly I don't see necromunda needing "a campaign" as the gangs just carry on and on and on. My Escher were my first gang (20+ years!) My goliaths are 6 years running... If one gang is particularly overrated then it's a question of being a little sensible about how you play...
Happy to play anyone with necromunda any time I actually manage to get time for a game!!!

That's what I meant (i.e not a one off). I'm super keen to use my Goliaths using the more streamlined rules, but will prob get all by other paff painted first
