Warlord releaseda press statement that GoA starter box will be available to pre order in october. I was just wondering if many at the club were "thinking" of getting it? Ive been watching the steady releases, and i am in the "i am thinking about it" side of the fence. But i dont know if its "new kid on the block" syndrome.................................

I think the rules are still free to download on beta. I'll try and find a link.
I'm a rules/games lover so I'll get into anything. Having time to play is another matter though...

I would, but I've got more than enough sci fi games to keep me busy and far too many sci fi minis than I actually need!

Yeah after thinking about it, ive got to many games systems to play now and not enough time to play them all, with out adding another one. So it was a bit of "ooh shiny syndrome"........... Im out

Want my opinion?
It was a kickstarter campaign that didn't get funded. Funding wasn't going as well as they hoped so they cancelled early. Shortly afterwards I heard that the kickstarter campaign was just a marketing exercise to see if there was enough interest for the game. Now it's coming out. Kev White from Hasslefree sculpted one nice model for them.
Beyond that I'm not sure I've got much of an opinion on it at the moment. My gut's telling me that if that rumour was correct then the original campaign was pretty dishonest & I don't feel very comfortable about that.
