We have been invited back -- maybe because we did not steal the spoons and towels
As I understand it Reece is organising the biggie
I'm happy to do something short, sharp and quick for people wanting another instalment of 10 minute wargames
Are there any other offers for games from the club for that day?

Claire and I would be happy to offer our services for this, although as for what game, we're open to suggestions.

I'll gladly help in advance but the boy does not remain stationary for a whole day and daddy going to a show is a day trip for the boy first and foremost...

Simon and myself will be applying to Andy to put on a Western gunfight game using the Fistful of Lead Reloaded rules - will apply in the Clubs name. At the moment we have 4 or 5 people committed to run and organise the game - if we need anymore will let you know.

Admiral Tim Tim I will add you to the booking form. So that's 3 tables we can book -- that must be enough and oh - nemesis can you confirm to me the big table booking

Something cowboy related for Tim and Simon
A huge game of Kings of War from Rees and Co
Was there a third Chaz? More AT43 racing?

I have ideas for 2 participation games for next years round of shows.
But I'm not getting involved with a mega all the toys on the table game.
First suggestion - being play tested next Monday night
Run the Blockade [Hammering Iron] based on a could have happened 11th July 1863 (or latter) with a little more good fortune in Charleston harbour to aid a returning blockade runner from Europe with important war materials.
The other will be a lite version of Men of company B for 3 participants. Search and destroy mission.

It is a coming - like Christmas just 6 weeks later. It seems that the BIGGA Kings of War game has joined the Bubal Hartebeest and the Pyrenean Ibex There have been some ideas banded about and tango and myself spent an evening trying to sort out the ACW blockade running participation race game... it is not there yet and will need some more work. The Men of Company B Nam game is awaiting some modelling time to get the bits together but Smaug wants some more maintenance done to the 1:1 scale beach hut this weekend. The Paper soldiers game is an idea ( see other thread) where people can experience something affordable and even take away a unit to assemble at home (I will organise the printing) but some of you may want to share a scanned copy of a page or two so that we can offer variety. Heck if Entoyment had some books on their stand we might be able to help shift them. Apparently we can't trust / supervise people to use sharp implements, so they will have to make them in their own time. So I have put 3 ideas into the mix but that's too many for one show. The Nam game could make it to Weymouth instead as I think of that show being Piggyfest rather than other games. Of course someone can say - don't worry we've got it covered you don't need to organise any games - just let me know.

Mmm three choices sir very nice Both the blockade running and Men of Company B would be good for Weymouth. The paper army would be a good one to run with Kings of War historical. And the take home a regiment sounds better than cresh fest What length of time are you wanting for each game something like 30mins?
