Filled out the the army sheets, given the baggage train 2 in hand to hand/ 5+ morale and 2 stamina. That's for each baggage unit. They could be shot at and captured I suppose. Also got reference sheets printed so should all move a little more smoothly. Shall recap on rules for the overlooked (Dragoons are skirmishers) and here's to a mighty fine battle on Saturday. The basing makes such a difference, armies look excellent.

I hope to face you in battle again. A great day and a mammoth confrontation. The vast Holy Roman Empire forces chased the protestant league's baggage train but it just managed to slip away. A blunder sent the main catholic cavalry force into a headlong retreat, impetus was lost and the league limped home (having lost nearly all their commanders, including Christian of Brunswick in a crazed cavalry action).
Bring on Bovington 2020.

What a battle. Full of twists and turns. Felt like the real thing. Still getting over it.
